"I attended the talk by the crime writer Vikki Petraitis at the RSL The venue had allocated seating which made finding our seats quick and easy. Sadly at times, we couldn't hear Vikki that well! The staff are fantastic and very helpful but the security guy was extremely rude over a bottle of water I bought with me."
