"The worst fried flake I've ever had and the rude customer service to top it up. The fish was soggy and chewy (as if it had been reheated). When questioned, the staff comments that I've never eaten fish before. Well my 7 yr old knew better than them how a proper fried flake should taste like."

"Got one of the special packs which was worthwhile at about $40. The flake was fresh and tasty. Fried dimmies were good. The chips were excellent. Dry and crispy in the outside and fluffy inside. The potato cakes were undercooked. The batter is really good and they know how to fry. The result is a good tasty meal without being overly oily. The potato cakes were a little fishy."
