"Your staff Bruce needs some serious training on identifying and judging on people's age, before asking for IDs. asking a 36 year old guy (Though i would love to take it as a complement) is not cool and doesn't show a great customer service skills. He also first asked us to move the other side when we were looking at the price of the whiskeys with a very rude tone. i personally worked at coles for 3 years so i do understand the rules and regulations but hope he will get some serious training on judging people's age and how to talk on polite manner."
