"Your staff TATE needs more training, he is very unprofessional with offending behaviour! I came in store couple weeks ago to buy 2 gift cards, TATE was the cashier and he didn't know how to do the gift card transaction, he told me the system was not able to process the gift card transaction at that time and asked me to go to COLES to buy the GC or come another day. I left and came in few days later, the girl cashier was very professional and she did two gift card transaction for me without any problem. Tonight, I walked in store again to buy 2 gift cards, again TATE doesn't know how to do the gift card transaction, and he told me the same story again "the system is not able to process the gift card transaction." When I asked him if he knew how to process gift cards, he didn't answer me and asked me "do you want me to call the police to solve this problem?" I am really disappointed by the experience since TATE has no understanding on customer service, lack of training and he is ruining the reputation of the shop. I really hope that management will be able to address his behavioural issue or take the necessary action in order not to lose clients."
"Usually good range and specials, especially since it is a smaller supermarket. Sometimes it is closed during advertised operating hours. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, the staff smoking out the front while looking through the window for customers is not a great look. Can be intimidating to go by yourself as a woman when there is more than one loiterer out front asking for money."
