"A great recreational area with nice lake views where you can walk your dog and get close to the nature. It is part of a larger open space system contributing to the Monterey reserves and wetlands and is subject to the redevelopment under Bayside Council. Walking is not recommended on wet days as the footpath along the lake is not well constructed. The creek expands further to Rockdale Bicentennial Park in the north."
