"Great place to take the kids for swimming, picnic, riding bikes, fishing, and sports play."
"Top spot for a picnic , fishing or water sports plus plenty of great walking tracks . It’s pretty quiet on the water until you get near Berowra . Not too far from the suburbs and very well placed ."
"Great place to visit. Calm river, playground, toilets, 2wd access, overnight camping, plenty of places to sit and have a picnic and very low on city noise."
"Cleanliness:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vibe (quiet/noisy/cosy/vibrant): quiet and cosy Comments: beat camping site, not far away from Syd just for an overnight camp. Quiet cosy place for family camping Toilet is clean and well maintained. A short walk next to the site you can go during the day(Place of Wind)"
"Nice quiet place with extending green lawns to have a nice family Sunday day out or an outdoor BBQ. Few huts are available but BBQ grills are not avaialable. Can easily find a shade under a tree for a picnic mat. Toilets avaiable on both sides of the park. Plenty of parking are there. River was bit muddy on the day we visited. But kids can enjoy some water play. Recommend a life jacket for toddlers and small kids as water is quite deep near to the shore. Small sand beach is available."
