"I took my mum to Rumours Shoes as she has problem feet and finds it very difficult to find shoes that fit correctly. The level of service given to mum was excellent. The store owner spend time listening to mum's needs and provided mum with every option possible of shoes for her to try. Mum ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes and is so happy with them all. "Good quality women's shoes with plenty of variety to choose from. Aimed at middle age to older women. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in the underground parking station of Randwick Plaza with the first 1.5 hours free if you show them a receipt from one of the shops within Randwick Plaza, including Rumours Shoes. If you go over 1.5 hours or don't purchase anything, you will be required to pay CASH ONLY at the boom gate. The entrance and exit to the parking station is located behind Belmore Road on Clara Street. Parking in Belmore Rd in front of the shop is usual always taken; its a very busy street and area with The hospital around the corner."
