"The old lady at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful! She kept asking for original ID even after trying to show her legal documents of our ID. My wife is 25 years old and I’m 27 and she didn’t give us 2 bottles of Heineken just because my wife didn’t have ID on her. And when I tried to buy the beer she declined giving it to me despite the fact that I had my Drivers License on me. She was really sarcastic and clearly seemed that she was racist, as she didn’t ask for ID till the point she realised that our accent is not Aussie! She’s a big problem to the store! I and my family won’t visit it again because of her!"
