"Could not believe how unprofessional the staff member was when I went into this store the other day, I couldn’t even find a staff member to assist me, because she was sitting on her phone in the middle of the store I didn’t even think twice that she was an employee and was shocked when she got up off the ottoman to greet me. I asked her a few questions which I was met with the most unbothered lack of communication I’ve ever experienced in customer service she could’ve cared less. I just walked out because I got no assistance. She was rude and unhelpful and she should be reprimanded from her position, it was obviously clear she didn’t even want to be there and just generally surprised anyone would hire someone with that lack of customer service experience and careless attitude. Also called up this store the other day and the staff member just responded with “hi” it was extremely unprofessional and I’m almost certain it was the same girl."

The employees were too busy browsing their phones to even acknowledge our presence. We felt completely ignored and frustrated. We won't be returning and will be advising others to steer clear as well."
