"I went there to pickup an online order after receiving a SMS earlier in the day to say it was ready for pickup. On arriving "Stephanie", said it was still out the back in the "cage" and that I would have to wait 10 minutes until someone brought it in. After waiting for 15 minutes in store, I approached her again and asked her cordially when it would be ready. She then told me that she couldn't promise a time and not to be rude to her. I advised her she was the one being rude and I had a right to be disappointed in the delay. She then told me she was going to cancel the order and to leave the store. This young girl has such an abrasive manner and poor attitude that she really shouldn't be in customer service."
