"We were initially not going to write this review but after coming twice and receiving terrible service we knew we had to. Initially came in and had terrible service on 18th of November 2021, my wife came in to look for a pair of shoes and we asked the older lady working for some assistance who gave us no help and just said “they’re all over there”, after looking and not finding anything, we asked her about a shoe behind the counter, this time she yelled at us and said “they’re all over there”, so I replied “they’re not and that it was rude to yell at people” she then started a back and fourth saying it wasn’t rude to yell at customers and to write a review if we have a problem… very strange interaction and not one that you want to have when you’re buying something.. We then thought, maybe the lady was having a bad day and won’t write the interview. But then my wife went in a second time, this time the older lady was being rude to the younger girl working telling her she shouldn’t have long nails and also being rude to my wife again and making an issue when my wife asked the price.. This lady needs help with customer service, or should not work in the industry. All in all terrible, terrible service."
