"This is an excellent Taekwondo school. Master Rick is not only very skilled, but he is also very dedicated and passionate in his craft and works hard to improve the skills of all of his students. Everyone is welcoming and all the instructors are always trying to help the students improve."
"Excellent Taekwondo Dojang! Where you want a good place to train up discipline for kids or you're planning to take Taekwondo into competition, Master Rick is extremely skilled at adapting to the students. Just don't muck around in classes and be disrespectful and he'll be one of the best taekwondo instructors in Sydney."
"Very helpful instructors that give you detailed advice on how to improve your skills and form. The instructors are always looking to help you progress and grow. Everyone is approachable and energetic Making the place feel welcoming."
"By far the best, most authentic Taekwondo school in Sydney. Classes are taught by instructors who have trained in Korea with national levels of competition experience. The instructors here are able to develop your skills in all areas of Taekwondo, from sparring and self defence, poomsae (patterns), and even demonstration techniques. Their professionalism and experience is what I feel allows them to accomodate to all skill levels and ages. Personally have trained here for over 12 years now, and looking back, my confidence, discipline and self-motivation have all developed immensely as a result of the training and mentorship I have recieved. I would say that for anyone looking to develop themselves physically in terms of endurance, strength, coordination, or in terms of character, learning resilience and respect, this is the place to start!"
"Trained here as a child, left for a number of years, returned as a 16yo, stayed for almost 2 years (including a stint as an assistant instructor) before being 'headhunted' by a university club. It is run as more of a business than a true martial arts school, in terms of as long as parents were paying their fees, their child would recieve the subsequent belt regardless of their grading results. In saying that, the instructors (during my time) were a redeeming factor. They cared about your development, and if you put in the effort they would definitely meet you halfway. Overall if all you're looking for is just some fitness or a side hobby, they get a pass."
