"Installing our kitchen through Kitchen Connection was the worst experience. Our KC representative was to supposed to have organised everything, but constantly we had to rebook trades and take time off work to be on site. After the cupboards installation we had to arrange for them to be fixed as they weren’t straight and there were chips and marks everywhere. Then the Plumbing had to be redone, the stonemason had to come back because of chips and marks in the bench top. Then we had dodgy tiling work done that is now cracked. Absolutely fed up with this company and no project management whatsoever. They are happy for you to pay up front, but then you are virtually at the whim of their incompetent tradesmen!!!"

"Do not use Kitchen Connection if you are thinking of getting a new kitchen. It all began with sales staff who promise hassle free, professional and good quality kitchens. You are under the impression that it will be project managed, and that all trades will be done professionally to ensure a satisfactory outcome. However this is far from what really happens. You are given the contact details of the tradesman, who you have to contact……plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering and cabinet installation and you basically have to project manage the whole thing yourself. At no time does anyone inspect the job, and thus most of it is so badly done that we had to have them come out 3 times to fix all the mistakes and problems that were made. Badly installed cabinets, plumbing, and tiling. It is badly managed and management don’t care, and now after less than 3months there is a crack appearing on the splash back tile that was badly installed. My advice avoid the hassles and headache and use some other kitchen company."

"The salesman came to the house at 10 am and left at 3pm. I told him straight away that I would not be signing up for anything on the day as my husband was at work and couldn’t be contacted. Salesman replied “I wouldn’t ask my partner on such a big decision”. Became annoyed when told we wouldn’t be using their trades and their appliances, argued with me when I didn’t like the design he created and began to bad mouth other companies. Rang his boss to ask if he could leave without the sale, told him that we had contacted another company for quote and wouldn’t consider as they were first to quote the job, they became frustrated that I wouldn’t sign without talking to my husband first or face time him so that they could convince him. It was an uncomfortable experience that turned into me becoming very frustrated and knowing I would never use this company. 10/10 don’t recommend having these people in your home."

"From the moment I walked into the West Gosford showroom I felt good about the place. Relaxed staff but attentive and courteous. The ladies in the showroom asked if I needed help and when I said I was happy browsing they were not pushy and just asked me to call out if I needed anything. After walking around for a while I ended up having a few question and asked if one of the lovely ladies could help. Delta, as I came to know her name was fabulous. Full of knowledge, funny and very easy going. We had such a good time chatting and learning about what Kitchen Connection does. After spending nearly an hour and half with Delta and it felt like 10 minutes I had a design appointment booked the very next day with a great designer called Rami. If I can give you any advice is ask for Rami to design your kitchen. He really listened to our needs and asked loads of questions to get a better understanding of not just what we want but also about the family. From there he designed the perfect kitchen for the family and our needs. He added a bit of flare to spice it up and we are still amazed each day when we see the kitchen. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rami, Delta, Andrea and Kitchen Connection."

"Great Quality Product, Fantastic Design, our kitchen looks amazing straight out of magazine brochure. I cannot thank the team at Kitchen Connection (West Gosford) enough. From start to finish the Team was amazing. To going into the show room to look at all the product and choices. Malcolm and his team where very knowledgeable and explained everything in plain English so it was very easy to understand and decide to what we wanted in the new kitchen. The design Team (Travis) was fantastic. He came to our house and looked at the space. He listened to our ideas and even made suggestions we had not thought of to make the kitchen very functional and practical with the space we had available. Travis took his time to make sure the smallest detail was not overlooked. Once he had the final design planned he then rendered it all in a 3D model right in front of us on his computer so we could get a better visual of what it would look like when completed. This was a lot better than just trying to imagine what it would look like than from a 2D floor plan. It really helped us visualize the final product. I want to leave an honest review, so I will be honest. The installation portion could have gone smoother we did encounter some problems with the trades (life is not perfect right?) but our customer service manager Blake handled it like a pro. He apologized and ensured us that everything would get taken care of to our satisfaction. He then got in contact with the trades got them to come back (at no extra cost to us) and made sure the job was done right to satisfy us (which we really appreciated).
