"Terrible experience. As an estate agent I used their service approximately ten times before giving up, they were late to every appointment they showed up to, they didn’t show up to over half of them usually without even letting us know. They cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute. If we did manage to get them to the appointment the report received was then incorrect and not even for the right property saying things such as ‘wooden window frames need replacing’ when the property had aluminium windows throughout. Terrible terrible service from start to finish! Will never ever use again and nor will my clients."
