"I have owned my boots for 1.5 months, and worn them maybe 5 times. I work a desk job so the amount of walking I do is limited. Why has the sole of my shoe separated already? Pathetic for a pair of almost $300 shoes"

"Visited this place on a Sunday was looking for boots. They had some nice styles. Unfortunately could not find the right fit and ended up not buying anything. I came here to give this review based on the amazing assistance and service of the young lady that works there with her positive personality. She really tried her best to find me something that could fit and gave me her attention throughout. The shoes were a little pricey but can't comment if worth it or not as I never bought any in the end."

"Visited there a few days ago. For me, all shoes seem decent and worth the money. Unfortunately, staffs I think one is a male who is a cashier or maybe owner of that store, and another one female’s service and cooperation was very rude. After I bought boots, they recommended buying a different one. Although I didn't want to buy second boots, they were pursuing me to buy second. After I refused, they started to talk to each other in Italian with a bit of rude laughing just next to me. That activity was annoying and weird... I knew that the boots that I bought are much cheaper online that place. I won't come there anymore... never recommend that place to anyone."

"Browsed the shop while waiting for someone I was meeting in the area, the lady who works in the shop followed me around whilst I was trying on shoes, telling me every pair I tried on look cute and I should buy them, however, very limited shoes my size (35) in stock so I was trying on mostly 36. Eventually, feeling like I couldnt leave the shop without buying something, I bought a scuffed pair of shoes that were discounted. The shoes didn't fit as I'm usually size 35 and bought size 36. Met with my girlfriend after I left the store and said she should have a browse so she did andashe bought a pair. Whilst making her purchase, she told the lady in the shop that her girlfriend has just been in and bought a pair of shoes that didnt fit, the lady apparently responded "that's a lie, those shoes did fit her". Would have taken them back straight away after hearing this but it was already 4.50pm and the store closed at 4.30. Returned to the store the next day (Sunday) to return the shoes, however they were closed. I Left the shoes at my girlfriends house as I live out of town and she said that she could take them back for me and exchange them for shoes that she could wear. A couple of weeks later, she made time in her busy schedule to go back to the store and exchange the shoes, only to be REFUSED an exchange. The same lady refused to exchange the shoes, wouldn't offer a refund and apparently demanded that she call me. My girlfriend calls me and the lady was yelling at me stating firstly they don't do exchange and secondly, the shoes have been worn. Would not even listen to the fact that I never wore them, live out of town and they've been at my girlfriends the whole time, who is size 39, they've never been worn. Not since I purchased them. She keptkshouting over me refusing an exhange. I told her I would complain and I would write to Amy, the lady replied "I don't care, Amy is just a secretary" she apparently walked away so I told my girlfriend take the shoes and leave the shop and said sorry she had that experience. My girlfriend was really upset. I am grieving the loss of a family member who just passed too so emotions were high and I hang up. This lady sold scuffed shoes, accused customer of being a lier, refused a refund/ exchange, demanded my friend called me and then yelled at me down the phone, and refused an exhange for shoes that don't fit. And had been in the box since I left the store. This was our experience. I would not recommend. Awful treatment of customers and completely denying cusumer rights. I will also take this up with trading standards."

"Buy from here if you want your new shoes to fall apart after an hour! I bought what looked like good quality leather slides, and I hadn't even walked for an hour in them and the inner soles detached. The glue had completely deteriorated. They give a whole spiel about "italian artisan quality" (their shoes are made in Turkey ...) and "attention to detail" on their site and it's a complete lie. For the price, it was just appalling."
