First of all, purchased a pair of Adidas Predator Edge through Ultra Football, and understood that the issue I had with them couldn’t be covered under warranty as I’d had them for a long time, but after spending $400 on the boots, I was going to replace them, so I had a lengthy phone call with a customer service rep, who explained that there isn’t any recurring issues or common problems with this model of Predators, which led me to buying another pair, to give them a chance as I’ve been wearing Predators for 20+ years. About 3 months ago, I purchased the Predator Edge 94 remake - $500 ! These boots have started falling apart from the bottom, the sides, an absolute manufacturing issue for something costing $500, falling apart in that time frame is without doubt a manufacturing issue. My job is a football coach, and I’m an ex pro GK, having extensive knowledge in caring for my equipment - never have I experienced a pair of boots this poorly made. When this was brought to Ultra’s attention, they deemed it to not be a manufacturer issue, and told me they would not be replacing them. I’ve spent over $1000 in 12 months in their store, and this is how they treat a valuable customer."
"Very Poor Communication and Customer Service in Party Booking Experience. I usually prefer not to write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my recent experience in trying to book a birthday party for my son with them. The customer service and communication have been very disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact the team via phone and email, the response has been sporadic at best. More often than not, our calls and emails were not returned, leading to frustration and confusion. When we did receive communication, the information provided was inconsistent and confusing. One email stated there were 3-5 sessions available for booking, but a subsequent email listed completely different times without any explanation for the change. This lack of consistent communication made it exceedingly difficult to plan the event, and has ultimately left us disappointed with our experience. It's crucial for companies, especially those in the event planning business, to understand the importance of efficient customer service and clear communication. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this company falls significantly short of these expectations. I sincerely hope they take this feedback into account and make the necessary changes to their customer service approach. I would advise potential customers to carefully consider these issues before deciding to book an event with this company."
