With both front and rear access to the gym, accessing our premises is a breeze. If you prefer the front entrance, simply make your way through Chapel Road. Alternatively, you can use the rear access via Calidore Street, just past the KFC parking area.
While parking may be limited at the rear through Calidore Street, there are ample parking options available. You can park on Chapel Road, Eldridge Road, and Calidore Street itself. Additionally, there is parking available across Chapel Road in the Home Focus Centre, ensuring you can easily find a spot for your vehicle.
