If you are planning a special event at Bridgewater Park, we are here to assist you. Please note that park bookings will not be accepted within seven days of the proposed event date. There are two types of events that require a booking, and you can find information on how to book for each type on our webpage. Simply email your booking or enquiry to parks@innerwest.nsw.gov.au, and we will provide you with the necessary forms.

When making a booking, it is essential to review the terms and conditions provided on our webpage. These documents outline key information, including our cancellation policy and the requirement of confirming bookings with the council at least one week prior to the event.

Whether you are planning a small gathering or a large-scale event, Bridgewater Park offers a picturesque setting for your occasion. For events with fewer than 30 people and involving marquees or entertainment devices, a maximum of four hours is permitted, subject to council approval. If your event exceeds 250 people or is held in a sporting ground, please ensure that you submit your application to the council at least four weeks in advance.

For large-scale events with over 500 attendees, kindly reach out to us via email at parks@innerwest.nsw.gov.au, and we will be happy to assist you further. If you plan to engage the services of a contractor, please note that public liability insurance is required.

To make a provisional booking request for your preferred event date and upload your documents, please visit our webpage. If you need to cancel a booking, simply click on the "Request Cancellation" tab within the booking.
