"Used to be a beautiful spot, will hopefully be a beautiful spot again in the future, but flood damage has really ruined this place and its not worth trying to repair at the moment because it's going to keep getting badly flooded."
"Absolutely beautiful at sunset. It's a great place for swimming, if you stay close to sand the water isn't as deep. If you head further into the water, the current can be strong and it does get really deep. It's also good for fishing on the other side(smaller carpark). My family loves it here. It's peaceful but can get pretty packed on hot days. I would also suggest wearing water shoes."
"It was a beautiful place for toddles and family, water was not too deep for thrm to explore safely, I was advise by another person there to wear water shoes as glass can be found on the sand. If you love dogs.. it was the place to be! Lots of garbage bins at an arms reach, such a shame there was litter now and there. We cannot wait to go back!"
"Our pups loved it yesterday. Beautiful water and surroundings. Very clean, not a hard walk from the car park. Not much shade however so best to bring your own :)"
