"Absolutely appalling! I had a booked appointment for a car seat installation at 11:40am. When I arrive they have taken a new customer with three seats and had not even begun yet. I nicely asked when it would be finished and received in exact words “we will be finished when we are finished”. The website clearly states that one seat can take up to 20 minutes. If I could give it zero stars I would."
"Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly and the location is pretty good except during busy periods or when there is a major sale event parking can become bit challenging. Items are well stocked and various brands displayed for testing and demo purposes. General store setup is pretty good too."
