We have been proudly serving our local customers since 2013, initially as Balgowlah Hardware (Thrifty-Link) / Hurstwaites Hardware, and now as a dedicated pool and spa supplies store.

James, our experienced pool technician, and his wife Kathy, who handles the administrative side of things, ensure that you receive personalized attention and knowledgeable advice when you visit our store. Our friendly team is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Located in the same premises as the former hardware store, we have expanded to include the rear of the store with its own entrance off Condamine St. This convenient setup also includes customer parking, making it easier for you to access our wide range of pool and spa supplies.
While our focus has shifted to pool and spa supplies, our commitment to old-fashioned customer service remains unchanged. We are here to provide you with the highest level of assistance, whether it's offering educated advice, fulfilling special orders, or even helping you carry your items to your car.
In addition to our extensive product range, we also offer various services to ensure your pool and spa are in top condition. Our pool servicing, equipment installations, and local delivery services are designed to make your pool maintenance experience hassle-free. We even offer a mobile cleaning and maintenance service, providing regular visits and holiday visits to keep your pool clean and debris-free while you're away.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we are open seven days a week during our peak season from September to April. Please check our trading hours as they may vary during the winter months.
