"I purchased a cot, mattress, change table and change mat from Baby Village. I received the cot, mattress and change mat within a few days of purchase and although I was expecting to receive the change table at a much later date, it arrived only a few short days after the first three items, so much sooner than expected which was great. Upon assembling the change table I noticed the change mat was too big. I sent an email to Baby village and they were very quick with their response and identified the problem straight away. They advised there was an error with the dimensions on their website and provided me with a solution promptly. As they did not supply the item I required for my change table, they provided a link to another site who had stock of the item I needed, advised it was on sale and that they would refund me the amount to cover the cost of the new change mat and delivery fee. They also advised I could keep the original change mat as a spare and again apologised for the inconvenience. In this day an age it is rare to find good customer service or a company that will own up to their mistakes and go above and beyond. Not only did I receive great customer service, I am extremely happy with the items purchased. They are a beautiful addition to my baby’s bedroom. Thank you Baby Village."
"It turned out that a product I ordered was potentially not going to be available when I wanted it. When I inquired as to whether it might be here in time, I received immediate feedback and alternate options on my product which were in stock. I selected a different product and within an hour I had received my partial refund and confirmation that I would receive tracking info that night and that it was arranged for it to be sent to the new address I had selected. I am very grateful that everything was resolved in timely and efficient manner."
