Since then we've always had friendly and knowledgeable team members service our pool who are happy to provide guidance and advice or just do their thing and have the pool looking great and a joy to swim in. Whenever weather, leaves or equipment causes a problem with the pool outside of scheduled visits the guys are always available to help - either to provide advice or fit in an unscheduled visit if required. For serious problems there is no-one better to deal with than the Technical Expert, Brendan. There's nothing he doesn't know about pools and having them at their best. It's why I refer to him as "The Pool Whisperer". The Pool Doctor provides a comprehensive service that is value for money. They've always encouraged me to get a monthly service rather than fortnightly to reduce my costs whilst being open and happy to move to fortnightly if I'd prefer. The guys are customer focused and seem most concerned about me having a beautiful and clean pool to enjoy above anything else. Great guys and great to deal with. "Needed to arrange a regular pool cleaner so I called Pool Doctor. He was happy to take the job but said he would need to do a big clean first to bring it up to standard. Extra cost, no problem. Fast forward a few weeks, our new baby is born, I am heading overseas and I am chasing him up to start doing the regular service, he then tells me on the eve of my departure that he won't do regular service to our pool because we are outside his service area and we should look for another company. Lyle was happy to take money for the big job, then drop us and run. Poor form."
