Reviews
"Every time I shop at Little Korea, my experience there is pretty poor. Mainly due to the employees and their bad attitudes and manners. If this happened once, I could pass it, but it’s happened one too many times."
"The guy in the butcher has an inexpert manner in terms of service. He treats customers as inferiors. Blunt and a bit rude speaking is just a bonus when purchasing meat."
"A nice little Korean supermarket and butcher. With a nice carpark at the back of the store. When you need those Korean ingredients or snacks at home, visit here prices are great, range is awesome, very fresh, great customer service"
"Great for grabbing a slab of soju and I stand ramen. Pork belly here is the best in Melbourne. The other cuts of meats are very tasty and melts in your mouth if cooked right of course. You can buy pre cut spring onions for side dishes. Lately prices have gone up a lot but Soju is still on my shopping list there. Staff are nice and speak English so you can ask for advice: often there’s new items that should be given a go. Chicken congee in a packet is great for winter and when you succumb to the flu. Lots of snacks to choose from. Please come and support the local retailers."
"Not very busy when we went there. They have fresh Korean veggies and good quality beef, but the labelling system was not very friendly for people who don’t speak Korean. A lot of products did not have English labels, which made it very difficult for us to choose. When we asked about the price of a pickled radish, one staff was too busy to give us a clear instruction, and we ended up paying a lot of money for a radish that we thought was cheap."
