"Absolutely appalling customer service. I paid a deposit for stefana. So far the story sounds good, doesn't it? Weeks pass by and the owner of the store keeps insisting that they'll arrive. Turns out they never arrived. I ask for my deposit to be returned and the owner, Sophie, I think, her name was has the audacity to say to me, "Normally I don't return deposits but this is the only time I'm going to do it ". What a nutter! Such poor form."
