"Bought a lounge there a few days ago through a salesman john. Not only was he extremely pushy he was totally unprofessional. He told me that we could reverse the side of the chaise, when the delivery came i found out you can't. Not only that, on arrival of the lounge when i went to put it together I noticed the absolute poor quality of the framing. Whoever made this couldn't even line up two pieces of wood to put a staple/nail in straight, this obviously affects the structural integrity of the lounge. AND as an added bonus when I called Supreme furniture Caringbah, who answered.. JOHN! I told him i'd like to speak to a manager, he told me it was him.. I don't believe that for a second and when I explained to him that I've just spent 3 grand on a lounge and it should be properly made he laughed, held his tongue and eventually said well its not much to pay for a lounge there is lounges that cost 8-10 grand. HERES THE REVIEW YOU WERE SO PUSHY FOR JOHN!"
