"I went to return a clearly faulty item and was approached with a condescending assistant. Once reassured that the item was in fact faulty, out of ‘goodwill’ she allowed a replacement. When the replacement item was taken from the shelf only then was it realized that it was a product error as the paint was flaking off both items left in the store. Yet no apology! After made out to feel like a criminal the bare minimum should have been an apology."

Aaron at the Bondi store helped me with an online order and when I mentioned I was keen to have it delivered tomorrow for my niece's b'day, he said it will happen. And he was true to his word. It was actually delivered a few hours later and the delivery tracking notifications were spot on so I could organise for one of her family to be home to receive and hide it. I'm in Qld and the delivery was for NSW so I'm overjoyed with Aaron's assistance and the the overall efficiency of W&B operation. A great service to match a classy store retailing a wide range of quality products. Just love the store and the service."
