"One of the workers there is very very rude when we asked for our size 10 and the one they had 12 on show. Pregnant lady was very rude when saying in a attitude way (WHY DONT YOU KNOW YOUR SIZE). When we asked for 10 already after she got it she was saying I’m pregnant and I’m tired. Very unprofessional will never go back again bought two shoes from another store. Doesn’t deserves a star"
"Nice range and helpful staff. I went in a few times and dealt with a few different staff. They were helpful every time, even the one time where it was clear they didn't have what I wanted. They still took the time to suggest alternatives I could buy elsewhere that would work. Thank you"
"My daughter and I were in in Liverpool store on the 15th November 2018 was served by Roxy she was amazing and very helpful to us the girls there are so pleasant and accommodating thankyou for you help Roxy you made life so easy for us."
"Horrible Customer Service. I went in on the 29/10/2017 to return a purchase I just made, I bought some items online, and they don't fit, my partner doesn't like the patterns either, for the item he does like he wants to exchange the size. So we walk in, I greet the person working there, not the other way around despite being his only customer. And he sees we have items and doesn't look too happy about it, so he asks what he can do for us, and I tell him i'd like a refund. Him: But why? Me: Because it doesn't fit Him: Then exchange it Me: I don't want an exchange for x,y,z, for this one item I do but the rest I want a refund. Him: But why? Just exchange it. Me: I don't want an exchange I want a refund." Him: Your not going to get it straight away anyway so just exchange it. (all the items I purchased besides the shoes which I was getting an exchange for were old stock and all heavily discounted on sale items which he did not carry in the store) So he looks at the mens shoes and comments: oh what don't tell me these are too small. My partner: No they're actually too big. He goes with my partner to exchange the shoes, while asking for his name he misheard it and called him something else entirely different, which alerted me to the fact that he's not even listening to the customer at all, regardless of what I say or what my partner says, he's following his own motive. Which was clearly true when we returned to the counter and he REFUSED to give us a refund, the many excuses were: 1. He didn't know how to use the system and 2. Because it was because I made an online purchase 3. Because it was through afterpay 4. The rules have changed so he can't give us a refund. He also let slip that he didn't want the items back in his store because they are all sale items from the previous winter so he didn't want the stock back because it would be difficult to sell. Despite providing all of the information he asked for including the original invoice which came with the online package, he said unless I go home and print my afterpay e-mail as proof of purchase that he cannot do anything for me (besides waste my time). No where on the Johnny Bigg website under the Returns Policy does it state that the customer must provide an Afterpay e-mail as a verified source for proof of purchase rather than the actual receipt. This store needs severe Re-Training, not only on staff being taught how to use the system but on proper customer service, he had a chip on his shoulder the entire time, I didn't feel welcomed in the store and his obnoxious attitude towards not wanting to process a refund. I know my rights as a consumer and I am beyond pissed off enough so to report this guy to the ACCC if I cannot get this matter resolved promptly."
