Sydney Park Skate Park

Welcome to Sydney Park Skate Park, located at Erskineville, Sydney Park Road. As an establishment and point of interest, our skate park is a hub for skateboarders in the area. With over 2,000 skateboarders residing in our vicinity and approximately 56,000 within a 20km radius of Sydney Park, our public space is sure to be enjoyed by many.

Construction of our state-of-the-art skate park was recently completed in December 2020. Designed to cater to the needs and preferences of skateboarders of all skill levels, our park offers a thrilling and safe environment for riders to showcase their talents and improve their skills.

One of the exciting features of our skate park is the new path that connects it to the southern part of Sydney Park. This convenient pathway allows easy access for visitors, ensuring a seamless experience when exploring the park and its surroundings.

We take pride in being an inclusive facility, and our skate park is accessible to people using wheelchairs, bikes, and scooters. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the exhilarating sport of skateboarding, regardless of their mobility.

To bring our vision to life, we partnered with Concrete Skateparks Pty Ltd, a reputable contractor with extensive experience in building top-notch skate parks. Their expertise and dedication have resulted in the creation of a world-class facility that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

During the construction phase, temporary changes were made to the car park off Sydney Park Road. This was necessary to install a new drainage line, ensuring the longevity and functionality of our park. However, we made sure to minimize any inconvenience caused, and the Sydney Park Cycling Centre remained open with temporary access changes during the works.
