"Last month my brothers and I went in to buy suits for our late mothers funeral. Lewin was very kind, helpful and respectful to our situation. Even under such terrible circumstances, he left a good impression on me. So much so, I went back recently to buy a suit for my upcoming wedding. This time I was looked after by Ivy. She was very helpful and professional. The suits are comfortable and good quality for the price. Wonderful service by Lewin and Ivy. I will definitely be going back in when I need more formal gear."

"Great service by Lewin and Marina. From start to end, they were helpful and made us all feel welcomed. So to those complaining, quit tripping! Got my groomsmen suits from them at a decent price, got them altered. They didn’t force me to go with them, they made my job easier. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on the suits that’s the kind of service you need."
"The service was great when we went in but they had prices advertised on their website for suit packages. We chose the package and ordered 4 suits, as well as paying our deposit for the displayed price on the website. I then got a phone call saying that we needed to pay an additional $400 for the shoes because they were no longer included in the package and was told by head office that they had IT issues so couldn’t change the packages online. Would not have shopped here if I knew how expensive the suits were going to be and if they were going to do this. I have also been told that the manager has told all staff not to give people the option of using their own tailor and told them not to put the price of their tailor on the receipt. Definitely won’t be shopping here again!!"
