"Staff are rude and aggressive; one of them was abusing my elderly mother about her parking, when I came back to the car and asked what was going on he became aggressive with me. I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but given they seem to have inhaled a bit too much chlorine in their time, I’d go with a nicer company."

They were able to accomodate us after business hours and kept us up to date with phone calls. We are new to the area and were thrilled with the service provided by Jackson today. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advanced Pool care and will be going to them for all future pool needs. "Really unprofessional. Tried to book a service for a particular date, left a message and heard nothing, no confirmation or return call. Three weeks later they finally called back and left a voicemail seeing if we were still interested in a service. We didn’t reply as it was too late and we had booked another company. Advanced pool care then apparently serviced the pool when we were away on holiday (charging my card from previous details on file) however when we came back 3 days later the water level was so low that it wasn’t sucking through the pump! When I called to complain about the fact that we hadn’t actually booked the service, and also pointed out the quality of the service the manager hung up on me. There are plenty of other more professional and customer friendly companies out there."
