"I had been using Peninsula Pools for over 20 years but no longer. I had a leak in the Multi-valve and needed a new 'spider gasket'. Was told by Peninsula Pools that the part was not available and the only solution was to replace the whole filter at a cost of $2,500. I then went to the other pool shop on Darley St and was told they could get the part the following day. It ended up costing me about $25 and it is now working perfectly. Seems they put their profit ahead of the customers' best interest."

"Our pool now looks amazing. Grant and his team have done a wonderful job repairing and restoring our tired 70''s Marblesheen pool. This was achieved despite Covid lock down and a two week ban on construction work. The teams attention to detail during repairs and reconstruction was very professional. We were kept fully informed throughout the process The Tiling and Bedecrete are excellent and we are delighted and cannot wait for summer to use our ""Resort"" pool."

"I've had 2 notable bad dealings with this business 1. Had them look at a filter issue I was having. They told me my filter was so old they wouldn't be able to source the parts needed to repair it and it needed to be replaced at a cost of $2500. I had another company look at it and they sourced the needed parts that day and more for a cost of less than $400. 2. Took my Zodiac robotic cleaner for them to look at the error message on the control panel. They told me nothing wrong with it according to their diagnostics machine but needs a tune up kit a total cost of $290. I gave them the go ahead on the tune up kit, picked the unit up and tested it at home, original problem apparent within 30 seconds of it being in the pool. Took it back and was told yes there is a problem, cable needs replacing at a cost of more than $400!!! and we won't charge you labour. I print the parts catalogue for the part supplier and know the trade price for the part is less than $300 and RRP is $340, they just built the labour into the price of the part. Very poor business ethics in my opinion."
