"I have never purchased from this store before and was disappointed with the service I received. I had my eye on a striped hooded top for a while. I entered and saw two woman talking on the outside of the counter unaware one was the sales lady. No one acknowledged me. I went to the change room to try it on. A mature woman rudely asked me can I help you through the curtain I replied yes. She repeated her request and again I replied yes opening the curtain to assure her I was purchasing the top not stealing it. Her whole demeanour changed when she realised it was a sale and she complimented me on my scarf. I too work in retail and know not to be so judgmental. I would never shop there again."
