At First Steps Learning Academy, we believe in providing the perfect balance of modern facilities with a traditional learning curriculum. With two oversized rooms, our indoor environments are designed to maximize natural light and provide dedicated spaces for art, music, reading, drama, and sensory play. We understand the importance of cultural inclusivity and diversity, and both of our rooms reflect this by creating inclusive learning spaces for all children.

One of the highlights of our centre is our calm corner, which serves as an inner sanctuary for rest, relaxation, and quiet exploration. Here, children can engage in mindfulness activities and focus on their well-being. We understand that each child is unique and on their own journey of early learning, which is why our educators are fully qualified in early education and provide specialized attention and learning programs tailored to each child's needs.

Preparing children for school is not just about reading and writing. That's why at First Steps Learning Academy, we offer an extensive School Readiness Program based on the Early Years Learning Framework. Our purpose-built School Readiness area in the Preschool Room delivers stimulating and engaging curriculum that harnesses each child's unique interests, abilities, and skills. We also partner with local primary schools to ensure a smooth transition for our children, both socially and emotionally, into kindergarten.

At First Steps Learning Academy, we also recognize and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia. We understand the importance of the ongoing connection that Indigenous peoples have to the land, waters, and communities.
