In addition to our small group classes, we offer on-demand yoga practices. With over 90 recorded classes, you can choose from various yoga styles, including active yoga (functional flow) and gentle yoga (gentle flow, yin, and restorative). We also provide breathing and meditation practices to enhance your overall well-being. You can try our on-demand yoga classes for free with a 7-day trial.
For those looking to stay calm, positive, and relaxed during stressful times, we offer the Yoga Calm bundle. This collection of 20 short daily yoga videos is specifically designed to help you find peace and tranquility amidst the chaos of everyday life.
