"What pool shop does not have granular chlorine in stock. I went there 1 week ago, they did not have the 10kg drum of chlorine in stock said I could purchase the 2kg for $46 when the 10kg is $125. They said they would call me as it was coming in this week. They called me to say it would be in Wednesday, I got there Friday (no chlorine in my pool for over 1 week at this stage) only to be told still not in stock and would call me today to see if it could be transferred from their other store. Extremely disappointed, as I had made 3 trips to their store with no results. My pool is going green, I guess I will go to Bunnings for chlorine as I still have not received the call I was promised today."

"i always buy pool acid, salt, etc from these guys, and have spent a lot of money with them. when i came in for pool water analysis, i was told i need acid and stabilised. i told the man at the register i already had some at home, and he hit me with “then it’s $5 for the test”. embarrassing service as these sort of tests are literally free everywhere else. no respect for returning customers. will be going somewhere else from now on."
