"Very very poor service … staff too engrossed in own conversation than either serving or greeting customers… I had to move around them to browse throughout the store … I overheard their conversation which had nothing to do with work … I will not patronise this business again neither will my daughter whom I was shopping with and has purchased items previously with poor service on those occasions as well … Thursday night was the last visit …"

"One of the staff members today (27/12/2022) was incredibly rude, passive aggressive and condescending, not only to my wife and I but to other customers also wanting try things on in the changing rooms. The staff member in question, refused me entry to my wife’s changing room to assist her with trying on the clothes she liked and embarrassed us both in front of a group of other customers even after explaining that we have done this regularly here and other stores and the fact that she is my wife. Very normal thing for couples to do, I see it all the time. I do not understand why this staff member was being like this."

"I feel so judged when I go here , I don’t know if it’s because I’m more curvy than a stick . But most of the skinny girls don’t help me and give me such attitude. I only had one girl who was so helpful and so polite . There’s also so many girls that work here but just chat to each other and talk smack about customers . Other than that if you want to get judged and given dirties this is the place to go , unless you are that generic skinny girl with an attitude."

"I ordered 2 dresses online on the website. They had the dresses in stock and in my size. i woke up this morning to an email saying my order was cancelled because the dresses WERENT in stock. I checked the website again and the dresses were still on there and could be purchased. I called the customer service team and they said its a "lengthy manual process to delete out of stock items from its website". This was absolutely disgraceful and completely misleading. Extremely disgusting malpractice I proceeded to order ANOTHER dress from the sales category the night before. again the same issue occurred. I was sent another email with 20% off but keep in mind its only 20% full priced items and only lasts for a month!!! yet another example of malpractice by glassons, awarding me a discount on items i cannot go in store to try during lockdown and only can purchase online with the risk of items not being up to standard and requiring me to return losing my discount code. This experience has completely turned me off the store and i will NEVER be shopping here again."

"Store assistants make it so difficult to return items. My top was one day outside of the 14 day return period and would only offer me a 6 month credit note. The woman at the counter next to me wanted to return a pair of jeans (within the 14 day period) and the assistant asked what the problem was to which the woman replied they didn’t fit right the assistant then continued questioning her instead of just processing the refund."
