"My daughter's both swim here and I think it's great. Good facilities, great online system, and very reasonable with providing make up classes etc. The staff are lovely too. We always get greeted nicely at reception, and the staff have gone out of their way to provide goggles and things when we have forgotten things. The swim instructors all seem well qualified and my girls have always been happy swimming here which demonstrates that the staff make them feel comfortable."

"Excellent swim school. Both kids made loads of progress. The teachers really understand the children and tailor everything. They are always giving great feedback on the swimmers progress."

"We had a really bad experience here. Normally I never leave a review on a business but what happened here distressed me a lot. My daughter got a pretty big cut and was bleeding. When she tried to tell her teacher about it, the teacher just didn't care about what she's trying to say and rushed her to the pool. So she had to swim the whole lesson with the cut bleeding . That's a very dangerous situation against any Health and Safety standard. When I raised my concern about the incident, the supervisor talked to me on the next swimming session. We agreed to have a chat with my kid together to verify what happened after the session then he just disappeared. I had to lrave afterhalf an hour waiting. The next time I approached him to talk about it he just said he went somewhere to talk to the phone. No apology about it though. I told him about more details of the incident and he just went "yes, yes, anything else you need from us?" It's quite unacceptable how they handle thing like that. Still I haven't got any apology from them about the incident or anything else. I never want to come this place again to be honest."

"The ladies behind the desk are the some of the rudest you could find. Close to zero care to good customer service and almost always not having time to listen to the parents. Most of the people I know have the same impression. The swim instructors are great though, have a very disciplined approach and push the kids to swim their best. My child had progressed continuously and is very confident in the water thanks to the great swim instructors at In2swim over the years. I just hope they cared about the customer service before and after swim classes."

"Lovely swiming teachers but I had a horrible experience with the ladies behind the desk, all abrupt and rude. I felt mis informed and not listened too, just not a nice vibe amongst the staff. Poor communication and very hard to get a make up lesson if your child is sick. They were cold and unhelpful."
