"I asked one of the store assistance where to get the other pair of shoes which I am ready to pay. She was busy hanging some clothes and pointed out to area where boxes of shoes are piled and said to check & find it myself. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL ATTITUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was about to cancel buying the shoes but luckily there was another store assistance who was willing to match the code on the box."

Spoke to the Manager at the Pitt street store, Vai, and she was incredible. She was very empathetic to my situation and was able to resolve my issue on the spot. "The customer service is definitely below standard. Only the upstairs assistant and one of the downstairs assistants - I think her name was Rita - were attentive. Rita was helpful, however I can’t say the same for the other girl. I went in hoping to purchase a few items and they did not take the payment method I wanted to purchase the items with. However, I said well I’ll have to buy them online then. The Chinese girl (no racism intended at all, just for identification purposes) at the counter gave me a snarky look and rolled her eyes at me and continued to talk about me as I was preparing to leave.She was extremely childish. I went to Myer and the Seed attendant there an older lady was amazing and so helpful and I ended up purchasing the same items I couldn’t purchase at the Seed store. Next time try and treat your customers with respect. I always go to the Broadway store and never had this kind of service there before. Perhaps employ more professional ladies like the second floor attendants and the ones at Myer. Honestly, these girls need training and or should not be employed by Seed."
