"We’ve recently changed my son’s swim school to jump box hill. surprised to see my son’s progress with in 3months time. He could now do complete freestyle and backstroke. Great staff and his teacher Miss Leeya worked very hard for him to progress. Very clean boutique place and close to home.. clean warm water is an advantage."

"My son and I absolutely love our swim lessons at Jump Boxhill school! We started 3 months back and my son looks forward to every class. I must say the classes have been designed very well, catering to the kids age and the instructors are very good at their job! The management is very cooperative and very approachable. They are very flexible and try their best to work around rescheduling your class if you cannot make it! As a mum I am very happy how they have taken care of the safety hazards and cleanliness to start with! :)"

"If I could give less, I would. Before I start, this is my first negative review. I usually only post positive reviews! Jump! Box Hill is VERY poorly run. My daughter was enrolled from opening date. 10pm the night before her first lesson got a cancellation message as heaters weren’t working. Okay, fine. They’re new, give them a chance. The following 6 weeks were all different instructors 3 out the the 6 had no idea of what to do and was embarrassing. Upon walking in each week it smells like a dirty, damp mop. Not the slightest scent of chlorine. There’s no heaters in changing area so once leaving the pool it was absolutely freezing (that’s fine, can live with that, just outing it out there so other parents know and while I’m complaining). There was a week when no one else showed up for their lesson (there was originally 3 of us, then one dropped out so 2 of us left) they asked if I could wait there for 30 mins to join the next class instead, I’ve said no as my daughter is 6 months old and it’s interfere with her sleep and she would not be impressed sitting around for 30 mins.. solo lesson went ahead and the instructor (different one as per usual) didn’t know what to do, kept singing wrong words for the songs and felt like she was making up the lesson as she went which she ended early so I only got half a very poor lesson. The next week I had notified an absence due to a holiday. Then unfortunately was sick the week after as well which also was notified. Once returning for my normal lesson the following week, I noticed children of a completely different age group showing up. Confused - I asked the same reception that is there every week and she first of all made out like I was wrong and my lessons were never Friday 9am (infront of another parent) once it was just her and I she apologised and said how they changed my lesson date and time as there was just the one person left in the class.. although they forgot to run it by me and let me know. So glad I cancelled. I was furious at all the above instances I had experienced. I did have two remaining paid lessons which she offered to refund me so I didn’t have to come back. I took the money and ran! Absolutely shocking. I had such hope for a brand new swim school 2 minutes from my house.. now I travel to a much better school.."

"My Son really enjoy coming to Jump. classes are great and the instructors also. Highly recommended for new parents and their little ones to join."
