He had gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure we understood what was and wasn't worth spending money for in a home to suit our budget from the very start when we hadn't even purchased our block yet and were just browsing. Once we had bought our block and were ready to start picking our future home there were many times where Les was happy to stay back after hours to help us and even came in for a few hours during his annual leave to help us and showed us through their selections studio.
