"Pharmacist is incredibly rude and arrogant to sick customers. Made my friend very upset unnecessarily four years ago. Disappointed to still see him being condescending and mean to two customers this week. Similarly was disrespectful and unprofessional with me when I spoke with him and provided unsolicited and incorrect medical advice which I later confirmed with a GP. Please address this man’s poor behaviour. (I assume his name is Jonathan based on the other reviews I’ve read)"

"One of the pharmacist (I think we all know who we are talking about from other reviews..the silver haired one) is insufferably arrogant and patronising. For instance, last time when my GP gave me paper prescription AND mobile one at the same time, he incessantly asked why my GP would do that (obviously really annoyed, but seriously who cares). That's just not being professional..I felt like saying "honestly I do not give a toss, and maybe you should give the GP a call and deal with it yourself" but i didn't. And he really should stop lecturing people about medication unless being asked. I stopped shopping from there all together, at this point I'd rather walk a bit further. It's a bit sad because other staff are lovely and I actually like the other pharmacist."
