"Kept waiting by the pharmacy assistant, who knew I was there but did not acknowledged me - then bypassed when the assistant became free (to serve an older male who just walked in). I was then referred to as 'Darling' by the pharmacy assistant. I found this extremely unprofessional and condescending, especially for an inner city shop. After complaining about the long wait my purchase was discounted -which was fair and valued; however a shop assistant referring to people with terms like 'Darling' is highly inappropriate. I had been using that pharmacy on and off for years- however after this treatment I wont be going back and I advice other women to avoid the ageism and discrimination there."

I arrived in Collins St ahead of time and they were happy to fit me in nearly 2 hours before my booking. It was quick and painless. They even set a timer for the waiting time afterwards. And the booster appeared in my Immunisation History same day. Great customer service, thank you."
