"I suffer from seasonal allergies and hay fever and went in looking for meds to help me through this horrible weather. The pharmacist at the counter is so helpful. He ran me through all the suitable ways I could treat my allergies in the most efficient way possible. I could tell he was very well informed about what he was talking about. He was also very friendly and I left feeling quite reassured and am much better now! Strongly recommend asking for Sam when you visit, he will give the best advice."

"Very unprofessional pharmacist whom doesn’t have any common sense of how to keep a duty of care towards patients… ha ! They see us only customers. He didn’t allow me to buy two tubes of hydrozole cream (anti fungal topical treatment used at least for two weeks on affected areas for this who don’t know it) and asked me to go and see my GP for a script ! Like seriously !!! You want the script so you can claim the money from pbs. Plus it is not a drug of addiction that you might be concerned of my illegal use. I am a hospital pharmacist and seeing this guy was a real feeling of a shame."

"Placed Dermatological script request of x4 100ml jars. On pick up I was given 1x jar of 400ml, so again I asked for the original and again I was wrongly given one jar of 100mls? I complained as tripple handling of product cream and complete waste of time 3 return visits and so I was brought to the attention of the security guard by the head pharmacist on duty with aim to intimidate me, but who could not see the issue was with his staff & work, Mate "Be Very Clear Australian's have no time for unprofessional Chinese practices Or intimidation." At this point I thought the student pharmacist ? Who took my order had little or no understanding of English and when her head pharmacist told me that it was my fault??, I thought what an unprofessional and arrogant way to run a business, avoid this place at all cost."

"Good locations in Moonee ponds. It is convenient and their price is unbeatable. Hard to find a staff for assistance as the store is big. They stock everything you need. Good range of perfume and vitamins. Definitely the big elephant in pharmacy in Australia. It is quite busy here on a Sunday afternoon but the staff blitz through the queue like no tomorrow."
