"After visiting every single pharmacy in Moonee Ponds to try and fill a prescription, only to be told the same thing over and over. “Out of stock for ages.”, “Haven’t seen this for a couple of years.”, “we don’t have any, and nor do any of our other branches.” I decided to give Pharmacy 4 Less opposite Coles supermarket in Moonee Ponds Central. I approached the young pharmacist with my script, saying “you don’t have any, right”? He asked me how many pharmacies I’d already been to. “5”, I told him. “And they all told me variations of the same answer”. He asked me if any of them had offered a ‘work around’ and explained how it worked. Completely legitimate, legal and still covered by PBS. Now I don’t believe for 1 second that this pharmacy is the only one in the whole of Melbourne to have this drug. What impressed me was the creative thinking of the pharmacist to fulfill my script and end my search. I wish there were more people in every walk of life that think outside of the box! Brilliant service and he also had a fine, dry sense of humour."

I’d also like to point out that Paul didn’t try sell me products that were not any use to me (I think this is really rare considering that at the end of the day this is a business that requires profits to keep going). Paul thoroughly explained things to me and offered me the best solutions for my personal situation. Really can’t fault this place and their staff! The customer service was incredible - Paul even bothered to ask my name! Good customer service can be hard to come by especially from big chemist chains, so I cannot rate this pharmacy high enough!
