"Went to Jeans West Penrith shortly after bub was born for post mum jeans. Was sized up and fitted with Sharee. The best Experience I’ve had clothes shopping especially after having a baby. She pulled out every style and we found the right fit. She was patient and so lovely. My experience was so excellent I took my niece back a week later hoping she’d be there and thank god she was! Another great experience with being fitted and finding some great winter jeans for a teenager. Hard to come across great staff these days but Sharee was just amazing."

"Very disappointed with one of the staff who gave a wrong information on a price when I went there recently toget one one jeans as I had a Westfield card to reedem.i told her I want light blue jeans .she gave me a jeans n a me to check the size first n she mention it's 2 for $109 or one for $80. So to get a good deal I got 2 pair which will gives me deal $54 for each.later I find out the jeans I tried for the first time was only $40 on deal counter.if I knew earlier I would only buy this one for $40 instead of wasget the second pair which I ended up pay $70 i was not happy I ask to cancel one of my other jeans they mention no cash refund n sad part she put PLSthe whole blame on me . PLS make sure if U are there don't forget to check the price yourself as the staff from Penrith Jeanswest seems don't know much about her own products."
