"Decent prices, fresh produce but depends what time of the day you might be there as everyone will be after those. Clean and well presented. Easy to find items specially when you read those cards at the end of each aisle."

"We recently purchased three Roblox gift cards from Coles, hoping to enjoy some gaming fun. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that none of the cards worked. It was truly disheartening, and we feel compelled to caution others against purchasing from there. Moreover, our experience with their customer service, particularly with an employee named Audrey, was less than satisfactory. As we tried to explain the situation, Audrey responded by raising her voice, rolling her eyes, and displaying a rude demeanor. To make matters worse, when my cousin requested her receipt back, as she was checking it, Audrey aggressively handed it back to her. All in all, it was an extremely unpleasant encounter. In addition, we made an effort to speak with the store manager regarding the issue, hoping for some resolution or assistance. Unfortunately, even the store manager was unhelpful and exhibited a negative attitude towards us. It is frustrating to encounter such unprofessional behavior when seeking assistance. If Coles is aware that their gift cards are faulty, it is their responsibility to take appropriate measures and prevent customers from purchasing them. Ultimately, since we purchased three cards and none of them worked."

"Large Coles, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. Customer Service is excellent, the staff are very helpful.. Shopping around 8pm in the evening ensures an easy time to shop and fast check out."
