Since our founding in 1999, we have grown from a small school with just 48 students and temporary classrooms to a welcoming and inclusive learning environment with over 600 students, 50 staff members, and contemporary learning spaces that cater to the unique passions and gifts of every child.

Our school is founded on the charism of St Catherine of Siena, a Doctor of the Church and Patron Saint of Italy. She was a woman of great faith who shaped the destiny of the Church. Her legacy inspires us to be compassionate, courageous, and faith-filled in our daily lives.

St Catherine of Siena Primary School Prestons is an integral part of the parish community of St Francis Xavier Lurnea and is strongly supported by our parish priest, Fr Thu Nguyen.
