"Went in on 21/04 to get cold and flu. Middle aged female that wears a ponytail was trying to sell an elderly man a home brand version of blood reader opposed to a “more efficient” model for the sake of the stores profits. (First red flag). I walked up to the counter and asked for demazin she bluntly told me “we don’t sell that here” and I asked (being new to the area) where I could find another pharmacy to seek what I initially asked for. She bluntly said “I don’t know where another pharmacy is, I just work here”. I thanked her however my intuition told me she was lying and simply didn’t want to help me. As I walked outside I asked a stranger where I could find one and to my amazement he directed me 800 metres down the road to a chemist warehouse. My lesson: don’t walk into this pharmacy unless your prepared to be ripped off and or sold on a lie without direction for the sake of “I store profits”. I bet this middle aged female working amongst elderly staff will soon acknowledge she chose the wrong person today. Happy to go the extra mile to shame this place and what she needs is training in how do deliver individualised servicing to customers, particularly elderly that rely on specialist opinion when purchasing health appliances in store….simply disgusting. Best of luck Priceline - where you sell home brand over preferred/suited product and/or services."
"Rude and lazy male pharmacist, wasted my time twice. Denied to upload on the system my elderly mother Covid-19 humanization records, that’s why I previous made online appointment, he just said that was such a small business and he would spend 30 minutes on it."
"Some of the staff could be more helpful. I bought lipstick, which was off and smelled when I opened it. I showed it to the person at the counter to see how it was not working, and she broke it while trying it. And then she said there was nothing she could do for me. It was unfair as I did not want a refund but thought I got a bad batch. The lady did not even apologise for breaking the lipstick. I have rarely been this disappointed."
"My mother politely asked for documents to be certified at this pharmacy and was treated so extremely rudely by the man at the counter. I can’t believe the distress he caused my poor mother for asking for such a simple request. She was willing to wait, remained polite throughout the ordeal and put up with this staff member repeatedly demeaning her and making her feel like a complete nuisance for asking for 30 seconds of his time. He wasted more time refusing her request repeatedly in the most disgusting manner than if he’d just signed her documents! Zero customer service. Absolutely disgusted, you should be completely ashamed for the distress you caused. If I could give a negative score I would."
