"It's like a lucky draw if Chemist Warehouse Opalia price match any other pharmacy having an item cheaper than them. First reason I got from a Chinese origin lady at the counter when matching an item was that we don't match online price (it was a pharmacy with physical store and not Ebay or Amazon, etc). Well they themselves sell online so don't know how they can't match a price online (Weirdest reason). Then I asked to match the same item with another pharmacy and they said it's in NSW hence, can't match even though that pharmacy had free shipping. I'm not going to this one ever again. I drove to the Chemist Warehouse one on high street and got it matched instantly to the first store which was refused by the Chemist warehouse in opalia and I also checked if only Victorian pharmacies were applicable for price match and they said no, it could be any pharmacy but having a physical presence."

"Worst customer service by Sweety Store Manager and Vivienn duty Manager. I was humiliated and insulted by these two staff members when I complained about my 2 months old faulty vaporiser purchase (heat up issue) this was safety concern for my 5 years old and I asked them to check my fault vaporiser. Vivienne mentioned today (17th Aug 2023) I should not come back to this store for future purchase because Head office instructed her to stop me. I need a apology from you guys and head office as I haven’t said anything wrong. It’s my right as a customer to have perfect electrical appliance for my kid. I am looking forward to hear from Your Head Office. You are taking my basic human and customer rights and humiliating me for no reason"

"Worst customer services by rude staff. Sweetie Store Manager needs to improve herself. Right attitude is the key to success for such businesses. People spending their money on quality products not to hear your bad comments and rude behaviour."

"I am only writing this review for the security guard. He humiliated the old couple. An old couple was leaving the door after they did payment for meds. That security man ran after that couple and shouted that did you pay ? The old guy said yes I did. He asked again you sure did you pay. The old lady felt humiliated and walked out with her husband. Then that security man run in to chemist wh and asked that counter lady to come out and she came out and said YES THEY DID PAY. I felt so bad for the old couple. I am not telling him the right way to do his job. But the thing is if you standing in middle of the shop how you going to know who is paying or not. You should be standing near the main door and keeping an eye on everyone rather than standing in the middle of the premises and then running after the customers and shouting on them. You are the one who is not doing your job right. Owners can check cameras for this. I felt so bad for the old couple. I would never accept that for if it with my parents or my relatives. That man is not right fit for his job. It happened around 7 pm on 10 may… today Thanks"
